My site was compromised and was redirecting to some bullshit a hacker put on my site. And i have no idea how they did it. Find a hole in wordpress? a plugin that wasn’t up to date? whatever it was, it was easy enough to restore my site using UpdraftPlus. i mean, i had to redeploy wordpress… so that’s not fun. well maybe it was a little fun.
I do think it’s time to find a different hosting company for a simple website and some email addresses that i’ve long forgotten about.
Also, fuck you hackers. what a bag of dicks you truly are.
